Hi, Crystal. I see what you are trying to do and it sounds useful but I don't know how to do it.
Next Actions shows the _first_ active task for each project, meaning the one located at the top of an unsorted outline view. It really does make a lot of sense for a setting to say "I want 'next' to mean highest computed score" but it does not exist. At this point all you can do with computed score is to sort the entries in a non-hierarchical view or sort the top-level entries in a hierarchical view. There was a recent request to be able to use computed score in building views with custom filters which seems related but would not by itself resolve your issue. Perhaps these two issues should be combined into an enhancement request.
