I was able to fix the issue. I exported my windows MLO tasks to back them up, 
then deleted all tasks from my windows and Android MLO environments. I then 
synced both environments to the cloud to clear out the cloud. Then I imported 
the backup into the Windows MLO and synced both environments to pull the tasks 
back in.
