I’d create a context for every resource (person). Then everyone can filter for their own resource. You can filter for yours, and when you want to see all of them remove the filter. I'm in the process of breaking the project into tasks and setting up dependencies. Once I've done that, I want to assign tasks to others and have them not show up in my to-do view. Since many tasks are things that I cannot do, I don't want to see them in my to-do list. However, I do want a way to periodically check the tasks that others are doing so I keep them on track.
