I'd certainly enjoy some of these features as well, but as a beta tester, I can
tell you the apps themselves that comprise the MLO family certainly aren't
dying or languishing in any capacity. On the iOS front, I honestly think the
biggest holdup for new releases to users has largely been from the development
resources being spread somewhat thin, and a lot of them spent catching up to
new iOS iterations that come out pretty much yearly -- which I don't say as a
'giving away insider secrets' kind of thing, but just my personal speculation
based on working with a lot of developers on the iOS front that are relatively
modest in means.

I think one of the biggest problems MLO has on this front is that many other
developers have made their app's development a more iterative, frequent, social
type of thing that people have come to enjoy and expect as part of their app
using experience, whether or not it at all contributes to their personal or
professional productivity. Considering the team has expanded over the past
years and development is still very active, you can rest assured MLO isn't in
any way dying, and any features you love about it now will always be there,
barring global catastrophe taking out cloud sync. But in a situation like that,
I'd have bigger problems than getting MLO to work.
