Hello I just spent a fair while trying to Drag & Drop to change the sort order of Views in the left hand pane of MLO (Windows 8.1). I closed and re-opened MLO but no good.
Finally I deleted a named view and suddenly it works again (and I am now getting "Yes allow drag and drop for some time" etc). So it now seems that if you have* too many* named views, that MLO stops allowing you to do Drag & Drop. Is this a genuine 'feature' of MLO? If true it is extremely unhelpful that it doesn't given you some sort of message to tell you to start deleting Views.
