Tricky. I had deleted a couple and was down to 52 views in total when problem occured. (Fwiw, it's rather ard to test without knowing after how much time "for some time" times out & whether using the rest of MLO resets the clock etc... )
I now just added 9 and I'm up to 61 in total. After 10 mins or so Drag & Drop fails. However I deleted one and immediately drag and drop works fine.
