By your definition Mid November would be midnight of the 15th since there 
are 30 days in November. If "mid-November would have been the 15th" was the 
universally agreed meaning then the developers would surely have used the 
more precise "November 15th". I always understood the imprecise nature of 
the term used to indicate approximation.
I am, like many here, keen to see the new release on Android and hope that 
it encourages me to use my app more productively but I'd rather wait a few 
more days rather than receive a buggy version.
