Why the gradual roll-out? Why not just release it if its past beta? Or
are the recipients of the gradual roll-out part of an expanded public beta?
I don't get the logic behind this: it is either a release version or its a
beta version.... the gradual roll-out suggests a lack of confidence and
that it is still in need of testing.
