I thought that i understood this well enough to document it in Jira for the
developers but now i am confysed again.

Yes, I am on Lollipop 5.1.1

I get the screen with the copy tools which vanish when i try to use one of the
tools. After the tools vanish, the text i tried to copy is not available in
the copy buffer.

In this most recent post, zoho (may i call you zoho?) Is apparently saying that
the copy does work on kitkat therefore showing that the problem does not happen
on that Android version, do i have that correctly? In a previous post Zoho
confirmed the bug. Was that under some other Android version?
