Al, thanks for posting this. I have one caution. Having created an "all post 
offices" context, a user might yhink thay s/he could create an "important 
letter" task with just that one context and receive a proximity alarm whrn 
approaching any of the post offices included in that context. That would not 
work,  as in your example,  you have to tag the task with the context for each 
specific post office. The reason for this is that inheritance is implemented 
for included contexts in views but not in proximity alarms.
