Hello David, Looking at the menu (under View-Collapse/Expand) there are fixed shortcut keys (not adjustable Hotkeys):
Ctrl+Alt+1 for Level 1 Ctrl+Alt+2 for Level 2 Ctrl+Alt+3 for Level 3 As I recall, there's also a Hotkey for collapsing the entire outline, as well as one for expanding the current branch.
