All I can say is that from memory last time I raise the Computed-Score 
issues (about 1 year ago) everyone seemed to groan and imply that it simply 
didn't work and hadn't for some time. 
I have to say that I found this to be extremely disappointing at that time.

That said I also found that if you have a large number of tasks (e.g. 100+) 
then Importance and Urgency can quickly become impossible to maintain, 
partly because the hotkeys were rubbish too...
