Dwight +1 GetSatisfaction sounds promising but if expensive I suggest the way to reinvigorate everything would be to archive the whole UserVoice account and start again.
Many of the suggestions are out of date and as discussed it's extremely disheartening for new comments to just get lost in a sea of historic stuff. J PS Btw, if I am correct I seemed to only get 10 votes to cast across multiple software brands which seems both bonkers and irritating.
