UPDATE:
Just to say, I simply cannot stomach the default blurriness of MLO.

So I have been forced into ticking "Disable display scaline on high DPI 
setting" on the shortcut to MLO.  The text is of course way too small, so I 
have to put reading glasses on and sit very close to the screen.  

It works up to a point, but various things simply aren't readable. When 
this happens I have to exit MLO, untick the above and go back in. 

Obviously the above is not a great long-term solution. Please can someone 
raise this blurred interface & scaling issue with MLO developers. Modern 
applications (e.g. the msOffice suite) don't have this problem.
