Hi everyone I'm having problems with syncing which will become clear shortly!
My office does not allow MLO access to the firewall for security reasons (blah blah blah) so I was trying to work out another way to sync to my office laptop. The goal was to create a backup from my phone and email it to my work email account, then save that file and open it in MLO on the office laptop. However, when trying this the phone emailled an MLObak file and I received "Could not open this file: Invalid file format" error message when trying to open it. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
