I used to use folders without children for short notes, but now I use tasks set
as hidden branches. Because I like a folder to be a folder.

Either way, there is an issue when it comes to archiving a completed
sub-outline. Perhaps a project that has been completed, and the project
checkbox unticked. In the normal run of things I would like these to
automatically be archived off to my archive file, but I believe folders or
hidden tasks would be left behind.

Is there a best way of doing this?

Thanks, Laurence
