While I am happy to see there has been some formalization around this process, I do take issue with the limit of requests a user can make.
Having worked in software application delivery close to 20 years, one of the keys to success is having an incredibly user-centric roadmap. Capping the requests users can make seems counter-productive. Almost as if it's a 'privilege; to make requests, when I would think the MLO Product Management team would be thankful and open to any and *all *requests.
