I can't seem to add arguments to a "file:" link. Win10 Pro returns file not
found error. The link works when running only the target application but as
soon as I add %20 and the argument I get that error message. For example
*file:C:\Program%20Files%20(x86)\Mozilla%20Firefox\firefox.exe* works but
*file:C:\Program%20Files%20(x86)\Mozilla%20Firefox\firefox.exe%20https://www.mylifeorganized.net*

does not. How is this done?
