Hi, Laurence. Your solution is close to how I wanted to reply to Wallace's question, but I was having trouble. You say to "Select All in Outline View" - I can't find that, and that was my problem - I could not find any "select all" - could you maybe send a description of how to bring up this command, or a screen shot showing it?
