Okay, I give up.... what is the relationship between Workareas (i.e. Tabs) and Views? e.g. 1. It seems that the same View can be used for multiple Tabs, yes? 2. If so, if I change the master copy of the View in question, will that affect all Tabs that use it? 3. If so what exactly are all the properties that are saved within a "View" 4. How can I change which (saved) View is used within a Tab? 5. Which Properties are saved when you click "Set as default for this tab" ? - Which columns are visible? - What the column widths are? - What Advanced Filter is set up? - Which Context(s) are selected within the Contexts section of the Filter pane on the left? 6. To lock or not to lock? If you don't "Lock" a tab it is easy to accidentally close a Tab with a single click on the wrong part of the Tab itself. But if you do Lock it is irritating how often new Tabs are created. e.g. If you try to do something to a Tab that you have Locked, MLO will always create a new Tab even if an identical tab already exists! 7. If I save what's going on in the current Tab, would that give me an easy way to get all my settings back in case I accidentally close (i.e. delete) a tab?
