Each task has its own ID. Even if 2 tasks from 2 different Cloud files look the same, they are totally different for the system since they have different IDs. As a result, such tasks are combined after the sync. Here's the rule to prevent this: create an empty profile on your phone (Main menu-> tap the current profile->add new) and sync it with the required Cloud file (file Y).
