- if you create a new blank .ml file, will the app lock up? - will the app lock up if you reinstall the app, create a new test file without an activation key. What happens after you enter the activation key? - if you leave the locked up app for 15 minutes approximately will an error show up? Please send us a screenshot - if you turn off your antivirus software does the issue occur? - please send us the logs: MLO- >Tools- >Options- >Troubleshooting- >Export Logs- >Send a received archive to MLO support ([email protected]) Thank you!
