MLO, I LOVE your software and have been using it religiously for years. I think I use a different email address when I buy things for anonymity but I uses [email protected] for anything on Google. My beef is with Importance, Urgency and Effort. The default should always be the lowest value to give the person as much flexibility on the upside as possible. The first thing I do with any task is to set all 3 at min. Why normal and then having to lower those that are lower? Of course this is more work for me and my request for you to change may produce more work for others if they do not agree with my concept. I believe there should always be upward movement and never downwards. My way gives me 6 levels on the upside instead of just 3.
