Hello Edward, It's a bit hard to follow your post. Do you mean that you have an MLO outline which you use to catalogue videos? Why not just email the outline to yourself while you're still in China, so that you can open it on your Windows 7 laptop and continue cataloguing new videos in it?
If that doesn't work (maybe you've already left your laptop in China), then you could always continue cataloguing new videos in the USA, then export the new branches into your MLO outline in China when you get back to it. Most importantly though, stay safe and healthy.
