Hi Peter, I am not sure but, there is no way to attach a note to various activities at the same time (you mean at once?) in MLO Desktop.
I suggest you to create a folder (if you want to change the icon, do it at your will), to use as a note taking container (under properties on the right panel). As you take your notes, organize yourself in a system, so that, for every note you create a link under it for the task you want to accomplish. P.S. - The folder mentioned above can be your project main folder if you want. I hope it helps.
