As far as I know, notes are a block of text that applies only to that task. The task has a caption, and then there are properties such as due date, completed date, context, and the notes.
Working with an outline: sometimes when you create a child, it will inherit certain things from the parent, such as context. I don’t think that a child can inherit the notes of a parent. I don’t think I help you.
