Hi, Liz. on windows: Bring up the view filter specs in the left had side panel. Find the section that says "group & Sort" and click on the button that says "group by". In the hierarchy of groups that you see, find the highest one that says "none" then click on the word "none" and from the menu that pops up click "recurrence". Make sure that the "ascending" button after "recurrence" is set. It should now look something like this: click "ok" You will now have a group of non-recurring tasks, followed by groups for hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly recurring tasks. If you don't like this, go to the bottom of the left side panel and click the "discard changes" button. If you want to make this permanent, click the arrow next to "discard changes" and select "save view" If there's anything above that you don't know how to do, write back and ask for step-by-step directions. -Dwight -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MyLifeOrganized" group.
