After trying and trying I found a (not perfect) solution for my problem: When pasting the OneNote (Windows 10 App) link into MLO it creates both a link and some additional text. After deleting the link and adding "file:" in front of the remaining text it turns into a new link. After clicking this new link the linked section, page or paragraph opens in OneNote. But it´s not the OneNote Windoes 10 App that opens but the "classic" OneNote 2016 program.
