This is an ask for a new Advanced Recurrence setting - Clear flag. I believe the primary use of flags is a sort of prioritization tool for next actions.
This works great for non-recurring tasks. But with recurring tasks there is a trouble, as once assigned flag remainns assigned even for future occurances, which might be undesirable, as the tactical situation in the future will not likely correspond to the current situation and will likely require a different priority.
