Richard, I am so glad that you are also experiencing it. I also downgraded to the version before for now.
I also tried again in 5.2. for e.g. you have a todo-list with all starred tasks and then you remove the star of one task and it always jumps to the header or top of the list instead of remaining next to the task which was edited. It is so annoying because you have to scroll back and find the neighbour task. I hope this is fixed as soon as possible otherwise it is really impossible editing tasks.
