We haven't been able to reproduce the problem, the manual sorting is
preserved as expected when closing and re-opening the application. Make
sure you don't accidentally click on the name of a view. In that case it
sorts alphabetically, and it can be detected by an asterisk before the view
name. Do you see the asterisk when the tasks are sorted alphabetically? If
so, you can press 'Discard changes' and it will restore the correct
ordering.

If that's not the case, please send us the following to
[email protected]:

- your view. To export a view, right click on the name of the view in the
list and select "Export View" -> Enter a file name
- logs after the issue occurred: menu Tools- >Options-
>Troubleshooting->Check all logs -> Export Logs- >Send a received archive
to MLO support.

Thank you.
