Few observations: 1. I think All smart watches are capable of displaying MLO reminders/notifications without any special app. 2. wearOS is so niche (and always been) so even google dumps support of it's own apps. Thus, I guess it's not reasonable to expect any attention at all. 3. Giving "avg" watch size, I imagine it will be quite painful experience even to see active actions not saying about any extra. 4. The phone is typically somewhere around.
