Alyona, The steps you took are a bit different from steps I described.
Do you have a link to application you are using to do screencast video? I can try to record exact way to replicate. Main difference: 1. I already have existing tasks with review checkmark and date. I am not in inbox creating a new task. I am in Outline --> Review. 2. I press "Mark Reviewed" button that is located in properties next to review every x weeks etc... Looking at your video you did not press this specific button, instead you pressed the mark reviewed button that is in top left hand side next to task list/grid view that was setup as a column. Most likely this has something to do with it. Try same thing but instead of press the mark reviewed button that is in task properties right next to review every settings.
