Hi,
If you decide to go with the USB modem approach,
http://eciadsl.flashtux.org/index.php?lang=en will
provide u with everything u need to set it up. Be sure
to read up well, because there are a few things you
should be careful about. For eg., I think if ur using
the 2.6 series kernel, u need some patches and stuff,
UNLESS u are using 2.6.7 or above... and u need to
compile a new kernel with some specific options...
everything is on the site, not too hard. And you get
to dialup and disconnect as u choose, like somebody
else mentioned. The ethernet route is probably the
easier one to setup, I really dunno if either have any
advantages over the other.
