Being the change you want to see and all is fine, but considering the
constraints that one also has to complete a degree with decent grades,
this is a difficult task. Not many I know people involved in community building
(many on this list ;) have ended up with good grades in engineering or
whateva :D

However, the question that the Mangalorean has put forward has not been
answered after 11 replies on the thread!! Gyan is good, but facts are also
necessary.
