Anyway, I hate having to un/refullscreen so much, I made the Menu key do what
I want instead. Tiny patch attached. Martin: could you consider this for
including into trunk? Seems fairly worry-free to me, and other apps out there
do similar things with that key.
Menu key launches a menu selection from the menu bar, un-hiding the menu bar
first if needed. Once selection's complete, the menu bar is hidden again if
necessary.
Arguably this thing should retain a memory of the last-selected top-level
menu and launch selection on that.
