Vladimir, if I understand you correctly you don't see an application freeze,
but it is "just" an annoyance?
"My vote goes to - pen lifting or ctrl release should deactivate color
picking, no matter which event happens first."
This is how it works at the moment. Releasing CTRL stops picking. However the
window doesn't disappear until you release the stylus.
So what you would want is that you immediately start painting when releasing
CTRL while still applying pressure, correct?
