Details:
When using the color picker with Ctrl-Click, you have to release both Ctrl
and Pressure before you can paint again. To allow faster working, releasing
Ctrl alone should be enough.
(Bugreport moved from the last comments of Bug #14871)
(Implementation Note: doing this right now would lead to interpolated "ghost
lines" starting at the point where the cursor was before color picking
started. Should be possible to fix somehow.)
