build: http://download.gna.org/mypaint/mypaint-0.8.0-win32-installer.exe
problem: brush palette cannot be opened through "b" or through the menu.
nothing happens except the canvas window gets focused. no window appears with
brushes or anything similar.
the layer window and the color picker window work flawlessly and can be
opened and closed.
tried to run as admin and in compatibility mode (xp, sp3). nothing helps.
