Follow-up Comment #8, bug #15225 (project mypaint):
libcairo is unlikely needed or related to Photoshop AFAIK. This problem
should be tested under VM (virtualPC or VirtualBox) with clean Windows
installation (at least that's how I test a release). Unless someone could
tell mypaint didn't work under clean VM, this problem won't going anywhere.
It would be great if you could mention other installed gtk-based graphics
apps you may have at that time.
