Details:

The documentation (Brush menu > Brushkeys > Help!) says that brushes saved to
a key will remember the brush settings and the color. But in reality, they
remember the brush settings, but forget the color.

How to reproduce this bug:

1. Choose a brush from the brush palette, and choose a color from any of the
color choosers.
3. Draw on the canvas to see the brush and color in action.
4. Press Ctrl+0 to save the brush and color to the 0 key.
5. Choose a different brush and a different color, and draw on the canvas to
see them.
6. Press 0 to switch back to the saved brush.
7. Draw on the canvas to see the restored brush and color.

Expected result: Step 7 should draw with the brush settings and the color
saved at step 4.

Observed result: Step 7 draws with the brush settings saved at step 4, but it
uses the color from step 5.
