Current dir would be orafile path if mypaint invoked by file association
thus errors.log and scrap would be there too.
I could lock errors.log as %USERPROFILE%\.mypaint\errors.log but I'm not
sure about the scrap path.. Do you mean all scrap should locked to one
directory? Cause in above case it looks useful for scrap. If so I will make
it through installer. But I'm agree there should be fullpath directory
setting for scrap only.
DLLs access will not affected cause I have put INSTALLDIR\mypaint in
python's sys.path during "file association fix". BTW in mypaint case, it
doesn't look for dlls in executable path at first, therefor need to be
inserted in sys.path environment
