Details:
MyPaint saves all scraps by default to an application folder. Since "Program
Files" are read-only by default, OS redirects the files to a hidden folder
"%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program
Files\MyPaint\share\themes\MS-Windows". I am aware of the fact that the user
can change the scrap directory but IMHO it should save to "%USERPROFILE%" or
"%USERPROFILE%\.mypaint\scraps" by default so a user can find it easily.
Also, when first invoked, the Open/Save dialog shows a folder "C:\Program
Files\MyPaint\share\themes\MS-Windows\gtk-2.0". IMHO, it should show the
folder "%USERPROFILE%" instead since the folder "Program Files" should not be
use for data storage. Wouldn't be possible to add a config variable
"file_open_path" set to "%USERPROFILE%"?
