Summary: Default save directory not accessible (and not
users home dir) => [windows] default save directory invalid

Follow-up Comment #1:
Obviously a problem with the Windows installer.
MyPaint actually does remember where you saved last time, and will propose to
use the same folder in the next session. Looks like this only works on Linux.
I don't think we need a preference just for the default folder (latest git
version has File->Export which should better have an independent memory).
