Follow-up Comment #5, bug #16010 (project mypaint):
If we did just move windows when they get mapped completely outside of all
the (active) screens, that would solve the problem completely, without
expecting the user to figure out what has happened. I think GTK can give us
all the information for that.
(The problem is probably Windows specific, on Linux the Window Manager might
be able to fix such situations.)
