Follow-up Comment #3, bug #16979 (project mypaint):
Features to set/clear an anchor position seems a bit too much GUI concept to
bother with.
Jonnor: the screen-center mirroring does have the benefit that it doesn't
change the viewport. This is good when abusing the window border as image
border, or just to keep the full image on-screen without the need to pan.
