Details:
When launching MyPaint from a restricted account, it appears briefly in
task manager then disappear. No user windows appears. Lanching as
Administrator works fine. This problem doesn't exist with version 8.
Giving total control on installation folder (and subfolders) to user
doesn't solve the issue.
