Follow-up Comment #3, bug #17831 (project mypaint):
This actually occurred since 0.8 but installer's shortcut issue make this not
obvious. On Windows 7/Vista installing mypaint on restricted user will ask
elevated admin right hence it will partly installed for both admin and current
user (mypaint start under administrator environment).
But to make certain that this is not shortcut issue can you launch mypaint
directly from C:Program FilesMyPaint ?
