Follow-up Comment #4, bug #17955 (project mypaint):
Just saw the second comment. A choice to change it might be nice, but I
can't say for sure; I can't test the current git releases because of that
gtk.HSV() traceback issue. Just going on intuition, I don't think most people
will even notice that it doesn't prompt for under 8s of editing.
Being able to change it seems like the kind of thing that would be perfect
for an "advanced" configuration section: options that most people won't want,
hidden away from normal use unless advanced setting visibility is explicitly
enabled.
