Details:
working on a large ora file, hadn't saved in 15 minutes (takes 24 seconds to
save), and poof- mypaint is gone. This is the only output that was visible.
This happens more often than a sane person would like. I was using a short
burst of many small eraser strokes- it's the short, fast strokes that seem to
brin on the segfaults.
